Where I've worked
Took 2 teams and 11 people to 7 teams and 40+ across five countries, stood up GenAI, ML, Data Infra, and DevOps from zero, and cleared FedRAMP readiness in six months to unblock a $10M government pipeline.
Deployed MCP-integrated LLM agents that automate triage, docs, and first-pass code review, plus multi-LLM workflows that dispatch Claude, Codex, and Gemini in parallel for reviews and plans.
Ran a 30-person org across four countries, re-architected anomaly detection to cut false positives 85% and time-to-insight from 12 hours to minutes, and shipped data integrations that influenced ~$12M in revenue.
Led the post-acquisition technical integration of Clicktale into Contentsquare, consolidating a 5 TB/day session-replay pipeline into the combined platform with zero customer-facing downtime or data loss.
Stood up Clicktale's Kyiv engineering center with Ciklum, recruiting 14 developers and 3 team leads, and built the cross-site processes that let Israel and Ukraine ship as one team.
Grew from leading a team of four on the core trading platform to founding TradeNetworks' Sofia engineering site in 2012, hiring and training it to our bar to deliver CRM and billing end to end.
At TradeNetworks I built real-time, low-latency backend systems with sub-millisecond execution: C#/.NET APIs for high-volume trading, real-time portfolio monitoring, and automated trading.
Started my career at IFP building real-time trading UIs: reusable screens, interactive data tables, and live-updating charts that turned dense financial data into something traders could act on.
