Who operates the Site

The Site is operated by Aryeh Kiovetsky, also known as Aryeh Stark and 21Stark (“we”, “us”).

These Terms cover these domains: 21stark.com, www.21stark.com, aryeh.evinced-infra.group, and the Site's Cloud Run address (stark-personal-329729916035.us-central1.run.app).

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. Site content does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or client relationship. These Terms govern your use of the Site.

Before you submit the contact form or first use the AI assistant, you are asked to confirm that you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. We record the version of these Terms you accepted and the time of acceptance.

Eligibility and authority

To use the interactive features (the contact form and the AI assistant) you must be at least 18, or have the approval of a parent or guardian. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal data when you use the Site, the contact form, analytics, and the AI assistant. A link to it is shown beside every form and AI input, and in the footer.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You may not:

• bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures;
• introduce malware or otherwise disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
• extract personal data or non-public information from the Site;
• use automated means that materially burden the Site;
• impersonate anyone, commit fraud, post unlawful content, or infringe others' rights.

Nothing here restricts normal search-engine indexing, assistive and accessibility tools, lawful research, ordinary linking to public pages, or any use permitted by law. We may block abusive requests or disable features to protect the Site.

Intellectual property

Except where stated otherwise, Site content is owned by or licensed to Aryeh. Third-party names, logos, software, fonts, images, and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses.

You may link to public pages of the Site freely. Nothing in these Terms restricts fair use, quotation, criticism, or other uses permitted by law.

Code samples shown on the Site may carry their own repository or accompanying licenses, which govern their reuse. Third-party license notices, including for the Inter typeface, are published at /licenses.

Company names and logos shown on the Site, including current and former employers, are used nominatively to identify those organizations and the author's experience with them. They remain the property of their owners, and their appearance here does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of your submission. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process it, and to permit our service providers to do so, only as needed to operate the requested feature and respond to you. This does not create a confidential relationship or transfer ownership to us.

You may not submit third-party personal data, confidential information, or material protected by others' rights unless you are authorized to share it.

The AI assistant

The AI assistant generates answers automatically. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, non-unique, or may contain third-party material, and we make no representation that it is non-infringing. You must independently verify anything it produces. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions. Your prompts are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, currency, or absolute security.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown. We will provide prominent notice of material changes and, where appropriate, request renewed acceptance before further use of the interactive features. Changes do not retroactively alter existing rights or obligations unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Israeli law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory protections or courts available under applicable law. Subject to those protections, disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Southern District (Be'er Sheva), Israel.

Where EU consumer rules apply, you may retain mandatory local-law and local-court protections.

General

• Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: a delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Entire agreement: these Terms are the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Site.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Site, subject to applicable law.
